WordPress Version Upgrade - WP 6.8.1 - US clusters May 13, 2025 10:00-11:00 EEST
On May 13th, 2025 starting with 03:00 EST during a time frame of 1 hour, we'll be updating WordPress to the latest version 6.8.1 on all production websites. During this time, the wp-admin can become inaccessible for brief periods of time while the new version is applied. The public sites will not be affected and they will work normally. For any inquiries during this time don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected].
Upgrade schedule:
US Clusters - 03:00 - 04:00 EST | 02:00 - 03:00 CST | 00:00 - 01:00 PST | 07:00 - 08:00 UTC
Expected impact:
2-3 intervals of up to 3 minutes each of unavailability for:
- logged-in users (WooCommerce, LearnDash, membership plugins, etc.)
- the editorial team working in the wp-admin area
- dynamic pages from the public websites, such as search & contact forms
We recommend you to test this new version on your development instance, as they have already been upgraded to the latest WP version. If you find any problems before the maintenance, please drop us an email at [email protected] containing the Subject: "WP 6.8.1 upgrade problems"
